Employee Delegation Program (External)–General sector

The Employee Delegation Program (External)supports Saudi government employees by enabling them to pursue higher academic qualifications abroad at accredited international institutions.

This program aims to enhance professional competencies, develop advanced skills, and prepare government talent for leadership roles that contribute to national development and the strategic objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.

• Employer Nomination & Approval
  • Must obtain formal approval from their government organization (Ministry, Public Institution, or Government Agency)
  • A fully authorized study leave covering the scholarship duration is required.
• Service Duration
  • Applicants usually must have completed at least 2 years of government service in a recognized position.
• Professional Performance
  • Latest performance evaluation should be “Very Good” or higher.
